Fun Facts About Me
-
Randoms Fun Facts
Baking has always been a passion of mine. During the pandemic I wanted a challenge, so I taught myself how to bake macrons (French Sandwich Cookie). I enjoy watching baking shows, collecting recipes, and experimenting with new flavor combinations. The best part is that I get to share my new skill with my family and friends too. No doubt about it, sharing is caring when it comes to baking.

Personal Core Values
I practice what I preach and self-care is a must. In today’s stressful and fast-paced world, I prioritize leading a balanced lifestyle where both work and relaxation are priorities. I have been to the ugly place of burnout where not taking breaks and ignoring my own mental health left me struggling. Today, I make sure that I focus on my own emotional, spiritual, physical wellbeing too.

Favorite Thing About Therapy
I count myself as a lucky because very few people can say that they love their job and mean it. Nothing makes me happier than seeing people transform and become who they want to be. During therapy sessions I help others build vital self-awareness where one can identify personal strengths, develop self-acceptance, and feel empowered to make necessary changes to let go of ineffective patterns that keep people in pain, stagnated and unfulfilled in life.

What To Expect From Me
A good therapist is an experienced professional, that shows sensitivity, believes that transformation is possible, and will walk with you during your journey. You can expect a therapist who believes in living a balanced lifestyle, practices self-care and takes my own advice that I offer my clients. My clients can expect to build skills & self awareness, receive kindness and a non-judgmental approach.
